At MemesAndTees.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are custom-made through our fulfillment partner Printify, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Most items sold on MemesAndTees.com are made specifically for each order. Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color variation due to screen settings
- Accidental orders
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Digital products and downloads
- Personalized/customized products
- Clearance or final sale items
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly after purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once production has started.
